Based on our experience, organisational needs fall into four categories; a need for insight (“we don’t know exactly what the problem is”), a need for planning (“we know the problem and the solution but we don’t know how to develop a plan to get to implementation”), a need for implementation (“we know the problem and have the plan, we need help making it happen or we don’t have the resources to make it happen”) or a need for maintenance (“our HR Manager is ill or going on maternity leave”). Our Managing Director is Eric Michels who, with more than 15 years of HR experience in various sectors including professional services, manufacturing, telecoms, hi tech, business consulting and construction engineering, founded Pinnacle based on his vision of supporting organisations in 5 areas. They are HR Generalist Advice, Employee Retention, Recruitment & Assessment, Absence Management and Performance Improvement.
