Self belief is the most important aspect of being successful in sport, business and education.  Without it no one will be able to reach and then maintain PINNACLE PERFORMANCE.  This belief influences everything you do and so it must be positive to feed your actions.  Like the plant food you give your house plant which stimulates growth and allows the plant to make the best of the window sill you have placed it on.

Reflections of working with younger athletes on Belief

I have done a number of group workshops recently to different groups of younger athletes from football and cycling around belief.  It has been interesting to see how the athletes have been receptive to idea of the importance of self belief in sport. At the start of the session it was obvious that the majority of the athletes had never considered what belief really was and had never contemplated what their beliefs were and how they influenced all their decisions.
